We are a small family operation with two rental locations in Belfast.

What is it like to live in a Belfast Harbor apartment?
- Washer/dryer in the unit. Most also have a dishwasher
- Ample off-street parking with reliable snow plowing
- Smoke-free environment
- NO PETS - sorry, not even the tiniest, oldest, most well-behaved cat or dog
- Occupants are respectful, responsible neighbors with good references
- Really great landlords! :)
Rental Requirements:
- All leases end between April 30 and July 31, with right of renewal for 1 year
- Three impartial references
- First, last (can be paid in 3 installments) and security.
